For the self-powered ice angler, the Jiffy Hand Auger offers a brilliant advantage over other ice drills. In addition to its quick bite and durability, this versatile auger has a unique flip up/flip down handle that eliminates the bulky, inconvenient nature of hauling a standard hand auger around on the ice. A lever locks the handle into the stowed position, allowing it to function as a compact, balanced carry handle, or into the upright position for drilling holes. The drill shaft assembly extends up to 24", for dealing with any ice depth. Equipped with a pair of shaver blades and blade cover; can also be used with a cordless drill (with adapter, not included).
