It is the main ingredient in the commercial dietary supplements "Metamucil" and "Citrucel." Psyllium is most commonly known and used for its high mucilage content. Frontier Psyllium Husk Powder works well for baking, encapsulating and making herbal preparations. Our bulk psyllium husk powder is kosher certified and non-irradiated.
