The OptiClean food pan/insulated meal delivery tray rack is ideal for healthcare or correctional facilities using insulated meal delivery compartment trays! This rack has 3” maximum compartment widths and holds up to 5 rows of pans or 2 rows of dishwasher safe insulated dome covers. The pans and trays are held at an angle that allows spray to penetrate into deep compartments and corners while promoting complete drainage. Use it when machine washing all sizes of 2-1/2" deep food pans and standard steam table inserts! Our ware washing racks utilize a tested geometric honeycomb structure that is designed to deliver unmatched durability while simultaneously increasing the flow of water through each rack. Our design also eliminates flat surfaces and corners that would otherwise harbor food particles allowing water to drain and contents to dry quickly.
