Built for durability with structural reinforcing ribs, the valve box and lid is ideal for covering a single valve, control zone kit, or other irrigation accessories and protecting them from the elements, pedestrian traffic, lawn care equipment, and potential vandalism. The round valve box includes a pipe hole to enable irrigation pipe connections. The sand irrigation control valve (ICV) cover has two finger holes to twist and remove lid for maintenance. Both the box and cover are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using a combination of virgin and recycled material treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking due to sun exposure.
