Curl lashes, then apply Rock Out & Lash Out Mascara. Starting at the root of the lashes, wiggle the unique guitar shaped brush slightly to ensure you capture every lash. Pull upwards to the tip of lashes slowly to coat each lash. Apply two coats for extra volume! Pair with Eyeko Eye-do Eyeliner for the perfect cat-eye! Pair with Eyeko Fat Eyeliner for a bolder, more dramatic look.
