I ordered 2 large identical decals and was sent only one. When I contacted the seller about this I got zero response. So I opened a case with Etsy and they immediately refunded me, but also let the seller keep the original purchase amount. The decal print quality was good, although the material was substantially thinner than expected and much thinner than the decals I was replacing on our food trailer. The thin material made application more difficult, particularly with pressing air bubbles out. Communication was difficult with this seller right from the start. It took days before they let me know that they needed a different file type than originally sent. Then I asked twice if the new file format was acceptable and got no response. They just shipped out half the order. Would absolutely not use them again.
