I will customize any order within the confines of my Merchant Agreements. Many of my listings have some level of customization that can be done from changing weapons and gear to adjusting the size of the miniature to suit your needs. I can not alter the actual sculpt of the model however. Some customization such as size changes may require additional cost, just contact me and we will work something out.

I offer printing services through my Printing Services listing in my shop. You will find it under the "Custom" category. If you have a 3D Printable file you would like for me to print for you, contact me through ETSY messages and we will discuss details.

I do not offer Painting Services. I just do not have the time.

I do all I can to ensure your order arrives without damage. However, how your package is handled by the post is not under my control and sometimes things happen. I will replace any item that arrives damaged provided you show pictures of the damage and of the shipping box. I will file a claim with the postal carrier when applicable and I need the pictures to do so.

I stand by my work. If you were shipped the wrong item or anything else is incorrect with your order I will make it right with a replacement or other alternative that we discuss.

Please contact me before leaving any review of less than 5 stars. I do what I do to make my customers happy and provide them with the best experience possible. Please give me the chance to resolve any issue you have and keep your future business.

My shop policy states that I will accept any cancellation within 24 hrs of purchase. As my business is a "Made to Order" business anything past that and there is a good chance I have already started on your order. If there is an extreme circumstance, contact me and we can discuss options.

Things to consider for Sizing of Models

* 32mm and 28mm is a Scale NOT an exact height of the Model.
* All designers have their own take on what that means.
* In general, scale is set from feet to eye level of an average standing human.
* This means, an Orc, Ogre, Dragonborn, etc will be larger.
* A child, halfling, goblin, gnome, etc will be smaller.
* Any model in a bending, crouching, kneeling, etc position will be shorter.
* No replacements or refunds will be given if the correct scale ordered is shipped.
