In the “Add Your Personalization” section, send the requested information (capitalization will default to design unless requested otherwise).

A low-resolution, digital proof will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account within two business days. If changes need to be made, we will work together until we get it just right. I want you to love your order!

Once the final proof is approved, I will send your order to print! Most orders will ship within five business days of proof approval (unless otherwise noted) via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Return address printing is an additional service that can be purchased here: www.etsy.com/listing/183907003. Simply add the corresponding quantity with your note card order and you'll receive a full proof shortly after your order is received.

Note: The fonts for return address printing will coordinate with your printed design unless otherwise specified.

Proofs will be sent to your Etsy messages within two business days. To ensure timely delivery of your order, please respond to proofs with approval or any changes upon receipt. One follow-up message will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account. If I do not receive a reply after 3 business days, I will assume no changes need to be made and your order will print as-is to prevent delay of your shipment.

I want you to love your item so up to 5 proof revisions are included with every order; however, any revision after the 5th will incur a $5 charge per edit.

Due to the amount of work involved in the design process, proofs (to include mock-ups and samples) will only be sent after purchase is made.

Most designs are open to customization and allow for minor changes to be made to colors, fonts, and basic concepts. If you have something in mind that you do not see here, I'm always happy to create a new design to fit your vision! New designs made completely from concept incur a one-time design fee, which can be purchased in the shop as a Custom Design Request (details in listing).

If you have placed an order by mistake, or change your mind after doing so, I will gladly cancel your order if you contact me prior to receiving a proof. Funds will be fully reimbursed.

Once the proof has been delivered, you may still cancel your order and funds will be reimbursed minus a $5 Proof & Process fee. Additionally, if you decide after viewing the proof that the design just isn't working for you, we can easily switch it to another design or apply a shop credit to avoid the P&P fee.

Once the proof has been approved, it is immediately sent to print, therefore no cancellations will be accepted. Due to the custom nature of my designs, I cannot accept returns so please shop intentionally.

All printed items are produced in a clean, smoke-free environment and are modestly noted with my logo on the back as a signature of my work.
