Each set of balloons is labeled with “Air Filled” and phrase or number - if you must follow the air filled balloons instruction. Straw is packed in a separate clear envelope and sealed.
-Helium filled balloons are balloons which can float when filled with helium. The balloons do not float when filled with air.
The helium filled balloons can be filled both with helium and with air.
