The balloons are shipped flat, deflated, brand new, never used. We enclose instructions, straw for blowing and string for hanging. You can contact us if you have any question and we will try to help you.

Standard shipping: It usually takes 3-7 business days within the U.S mainland.
USPS Priority: It takes 2-4 estimated business days.
USPS Priority Express Shipping takes 1-2 days.

The shape of the letter before might be different from the shape of inflated letter. Once the balloons are inflated they take the shape of the letters.

Please ask your relatives, roommates or your neighbors to see if one of them could have received your package. If you still can not find your package, please take your tracking number, contact your local post office, show them the tracking number and they will help your to find your package.

-The air filled letter/number balloons means that balloons are not made to be floated with helium. These balloon are intended to be used as a photo prop or hung on wall or stable objects as a decoration. We enclose in order instructions for air filled balloons , straw for filling with air the balloons. Letters /numbers are packed and sealed in one clear envelope. Each set of balloons is labeled with “Air Filled” and phrase or number - if you must follow the air filled balloons instruction. Straw is packed in a separate clear envelope and sealed.
-Helium filled balloons are balloons which can float when filled with helium. The balloons do not float when filled with air.
The helium filled balloons can be filled both with helium and with air.
