Due to the made to order, customized, and seasonal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made to order items unless there was a mistake in production on our part.

If the item is not made to order and you need to exchange sizes, please reach out to me. Buyer is responsible for sending original item back and paying for postage for new size being sent out.

Please make sure to read the entire listing for all information necessary to complete the order correctly and to choose correct sizing.

Most of our orders are listed as being shipped between 1-2 weeks. This includes business days only and not weekends. If you need an item that is time sensitive and falls outside this shipping time frame, please contact us with a message beforehand to ask if it is possible. We try our very best to accommodate the date you need an item by if we can. If you do not communicate a need by date with us, we will work on it according to our regular time frame.

Some of our items are available as first class or priority shipping. PLEASE NOTE- choosing priority shipping does not make the 1-2 week production time faster. It ONLY makes the shipping time faster ONCE SHIPPED.

We will work on coming up with a solution. Please make sure to read the entire description when purchasing to avoid any confusion on size, color, etc. For personalized or made to order items, there are no refunds unless there was an error on our part.

If you need an item rushed, please reach out to us to make sure we can accommodate it. Rushed orders will have a $10 expedited fee.

Please send us a message and let us know your order number and the correct shipping address. If the item hasn't been shipped, we can update the shipping address.

We currently do not offer separate gift wrapping, but we can write a custom card with your message.
