We may change the font for the fact portion if needed in order to make them fit on the napkins. Proof will be sent prior to printing! We will make up to 2 free proofs, additional revisions if needed are 15.00 per proof. Please proof your facts before sending :)

We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Meaning....if UPS is running late or there are weather delays and your order does not arrive in time for your event, we are not responsible. We will always ship on time but we cannot control the package once it leaves our shop. It is always best to NEVER order at the last minute so that you have a little "cushion" in case of delays with the USPS or UPS. Also, once a package is confirmed as "delivered" we are not responsible if the package is stolen/missing from your front door, etc. It is your responsibility to make sure you provide a secure address for delivery.

Personalized gifts may not be returned for buyers remorse or any reason for that matter. Our personalization techniques are permanent and returned merchandise cannot be resold. If we make a mistake on any item we will gladly replace it.

Please note, once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fast nature of our business, everything we do is time sensitive and most orders are worked on almost immediately after the purchase. We are open 7 days per week, 18 hours per day.
