Yes, they are. A vast majority of our products come with the option to have personalization. With our process the personalization needs to be done before any of the finishing steps can take place.

Absolutely, we do! It's one of our favorite aspects of doing what we do. Although, during busier times of the year we aren’t able to take custom requests. We love taking someone's ideas and bringing them to life for them. There will be added fees for customized work but we always do our very best to be fair with our pricing. When ever possible we do offer first class shipping, which is the more affordable and efficient choice. Unfortunately, due to the Post Office regulations, any package weighing more than one (1) pound must ship priority or ground. Priority is the much faster option as it takes an estimated 1-3 days for delivery. Ground is more affordable but can sometimes take weeks to be delivered. We do offer ground shipping as an option at checkout if you choose to go this route.

We make our orders on a first come first serve basis. At times we can have a high volume of orders. But, we understand that life can get hectic and things slip our minds so we do offer a "rush my order" add on. When you add this item to your cart your order will be shipped out within 2 business days.

Personalized - Any item that will have an added text/numerical inscription. This does not include unique artwork.

Customized - Any item that has unique artwork, such as but not limited to: pins, badges, scrolls, tabs, shields.
