Anything at AGD can be customized and personalized. (Exception: Profanity will not be completed and order will be refunded.) Many shoppers find bits and pieces of listings they like and want to combine ideas--this is totally doable! The biggest thing to remember is fonts and designs are different sizes, so as long as it fits, it's possible. Want to omit something from a listing? Totally doable.

If you are placing a custom order that is not listed in my shop, please allow more time for completion. I love making custom designs that we can create together, but sometimes have to order additional supplies. Once I get the supplies, though, I will have it finished in regular processing time which can be found in my shop announcement. 😘

For fitted bracelets, be sure to let me know your wrist size during checkout. Many items can be customized to fit!

For necklaces, keep in mind the size of your neck may make chain lengths vary from shorter to longer. You can always use a fabric tape measure to test out a length or string and a ruler. You can Google necklace length guides to get some images of different lengths. 💖

Chain extenders can also be added to any necklace for a small fee. Let me know if you need one of these added!

Before my own handmade adventure, I bought a lot of handmade from others. I found I was sad when my purchase didn't look new for long. My ultimate goal with each piece's appearance is that it will look nice for years to come. I've done lots of research to produce quality, affordable, unique pieces, and do my best. Remember first off, last on. Try to keep your jewelry DRY. Avoid all perfumes, hairspray, hair products, and other sprays that can effect finishes. And remove your jewelry before bathing or showering. A jewelry polishing cloth is VERY useful for keeping your jewelry looking new.

Brass, copper, and Sterling do tarnish over time! Although they do have a lovely patina, they CAN be cleaned up, though. They just require a little TLC.

You can use a black Sharpie to darken the letters back in! This can happen, especially on bracelets & rings, because they are exposed to more with hand washing, working with your hands, etc. Just color away, wait a few minutes and lightly remove the excess with rubbing alcohol.

Please keep in mind jewelry should not be exposed to water, lotions, hand sanitizer, or other chemicals. 💚 Sterling pieces are chemically oxidized and hold their color much better.

This style of chain is absolutely beautiful! However, it's fine. Although the links are sturdy, a tiny jump ring can slip through a link at times. Since these AGD chains and findings are stainless steel, they don't solder; so if a dainty chain slips through a jump ring, use pliers to put it together! You may also contact me to purchase a replacement chain if you'd prefer not to reassemble. 💙

All metal scratches. If this is a concern for you, a rustic finish would be the best option! Keep in mind that for a small fee and shipping costs, I can remove very small scratches and imperfections. Just contact me with photos and then I'll message you back for shipping information. Then, I can set you up a custom listing.

Adding multiple charms, pendants, or birthstone channel drops is always an option. Please note that adding other pieces to jewelry may result in light scratching on metal pendants and require a polishing pad or cloth to keep looking nice.

Copper jewelry CAN turn your skin green. Some people have more trouble with this than others. Be aware of this when purchasing.

If your order was marked delivered, but you have not received it, please contact me within 5 business days of it being marked delivered. We can discuss the next steps to take in order to either locate the missing package or discuss a replacement if efforts are unsuccessful to locate the package.
