Up for sale is an O scale 2 car garage. This item will ship unassembled to keep shipping rates down and prevent breaking. The footprint of this building measures 8 5/8" x 6 3/8" and is 5 3/4" to the peak of the roof. Building is made of real 1/8" thick wood and is ready for stain or paint.

No instructions will be sent. If you need assistance during the building process, please email me and I will send a pdf with instructions and photos and offer assistance.

My items are made from real wood which means you may see wood knots, crevices, and other imperfections. This is what adds character to every piece and makes each item unique. Wood will have dents, dings, scratches, and some chipping. I will not use highly damaged pieces of wood, but there will be some imperfections. Additionally, because we use real wood, cracks can happen. Unless the item is damaged in transit and reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item we are unable to allow returns or refunds after this timeframe.

TIME TO COMPLETE: All orders are processed in the order they are received. Some orders will take longer than others, but will ship as soon as they are ready. Weather plays a huge part in how fast stain dries on wood, due to this, some items requiring stain may take significantly longer during the colder months. Most items will ship within 7-10 business days, however, during busy times it may take us longer to fulfill orders. From October – December due to the volume of orders, your order may take the full 4 weeks to be completed. If you have a firm in hands date, please reach out to me before placing the order to be sure I can accommodate.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: I do not accept returns or refunds, but please contact me if you have an issue with your order so that we can work together to find a resolution. I want you to be happy with your item! Restocking/shipping fees may apply for any approved returns or refunds.



CANCELLATIONS: I only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed. No exceptions will be made. This is due to as soon as an order is placed I begin working on your item, whether it is purchasing the materials, or cutting/staining/painting the items.



DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Unfortunately, once an item is dropped off at the shipping facility, I am no longer able to make sure it is treated with care. Damage can happen and while it is extremely frustrating for you, I will try to make the process of fixing as painless as possible. Send a photo of the box the item was shipped in, showing damage if possible. Take a photo of the item that has been damaged. Please hold on to all packing materials and items inside the box until I let you know what to do with them. The shipping company may require additional details that once the items are tossed out we cannot get and all claims will be denied.



SHIPPING: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not replace them. Packages weighing less than 1 pound will be mailed using USPS First Class mail and will not have insurance. Packages weighing over 1 pound will be mailed using USPS Priority or UPS depending on which is cheaper. Insurance is available for an additional cost. If you’d like to add insurance, please contact me before placing your order so I may add this cost to your item.
