Description
Sig Sauer's® Romeo2 Red Dot Sight is built for adverse conditions with the ability to function as a small red dot sight, or it can be covered by 1 of 2 steel shrouds, utilizing a polycarbonate rear window creating a fully-enclosed and sealed emitter. The Romeo2 mounts up to any Sig pistol with a Pro Slide Cut. The 7075 aluminum housing holds up great on its own, but for those looking for an optic that can really take some abuse, the ruggedized steel shrouds will do the trick, offering ultimate protection from the elements. The battery tray is loaded into the side, saving you from those pesky battery changes that would normally require re-zeroing your firearm. Sig's MOTAC™ (Motion Activated Illumination System) allows the Romeo2 to power up with motion, and go to sleep when stationary. MAGNETAC™ (Magnetic Activation) allows the optic to power down when holstered, ignoring movements and preserving battery life until it's time to do work. D.A.R.C (Dark Adaptive Reticles & Coatings) technology gives the operator ideal brightness settings when paired with generation 3+ night vision devices. Fits the Shield/DeltaPoint Pro footprint. Made in USA. 2 steel shrouds Polycarbonate rear window Can be utilized as an open emitter sight with small profile Can also be used as a slightly larger optic, with fully-sealed, closed-emitter protection Side tray battery compartment, no re-zeroing needed MOTAC powers on with motion, off when stationary MAGNETAC powers on out of the holster and off when holstered D.A.R.C. offers ideal brightness settings when used with proper night vision devices
