Hoop Skirt/ Farthingale made of high quality 100% cotton. Personally sized and adjustable at the waist. Made with either 3 or 5 rings of steel hoop boning. Guaranteed to keep even the heaviest of skirts up and where they should be. The boning can be adjusted within the boning channels to make the hoop wider or more conical as desired. Corset and bumroll are not included with this listing but are available through other listings.
