MATERIALS USED All items are handmade Designs are made with high quality outdoor vinyl cut with a professional vinyl plotter. 18oz Double Walled Matte Tumbler with lid and straw. 8.25\"H x 3\"D 18oz lids are push on All cups come with matching color acrylic straw Cups do NOT come with a coating/epoxy. This vinyl does not require coating. HOW TO ORDER Please select the tumbler color & text color in the drop down boxes If you would like different color tumblers, you can do it all in one order. Just input in the personalization box which names get which colored tumbler. Please input all personalization information in the personalization box. This includes names, titles (if applicable), and font choices. If the font in the photo is the one you would like, just leave font choice blank and I will use what is defaulted in the photo. Please do not request customization for something other than what the listing shows, or ask questions in the personalization box. Please send a message instead so we can discuss a personalized order as prices may vary depending on what is requested. CARE All drinkware should be handwashed with warm soapy water. Items should not be dishwashed as the heat can ruin the vinyl. RETURN POLICY If your order is customized as requested, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. If you received a damaged item, please contact me within 4 business days of delivery to replace the item free of charge
