Description

Ultra RARE and Extremely HARD to find in nowadays !!! 1200CM8 (1200TsM8) Ultra Rare USSR Soviet Russian IC (Pulsar factory, 1990, Military Rhombus sign) Area Image Sensor 288*256Matrix converters 1200CM8 are multielement silicon photovoltaic devices with selfscanning on the principle of charge transfer. The devices are designed for use in varioustelevision and optoelectronic equipment operating in the spectral range from 0.5 to 1 micron. Xray television installation, including a smallframe camera on a K1200CM1 matrix and a processing unit on a matrix with subtraction of a frame, of the K1200CM8 type. The maximum flux of Xray radiation in medical diagnostics is approximately 8104 quantummm2, which, when using soft Xray radiation, is significantly less than the dose that causes degradation of the sensor. Therefore, it is possible to directly register a shadow Xray image along with its conversion into an optical one using an image intensifier or an Xray detector. The video signal from the smallframe CCD camera is recorded in the upper section of the K1200TsM8 matrix, then it is dumped into the lower section and again written through the middle register. As a result, the smallframe signal is converted into a regular broadcast signal, which is fed to the video monitoring device. Great items for chip collectors !!! IC like new, in working order. Look an actual pictures above You receive exactly what You see!!!
