These First Communion invitations are available as a digital/printable file or with full printing services. Printable files will not be editable by you; all editing will be done by Reply by Design, & you will receive a final copy that can be printed at home or the print shop of your choice. WHAT'S INCLUDED: PRINTABLE FILE - (1) 5" x 7" JPEG or PDF file (your choice - can also be set up to print 2/page upon request) - Patterned backer of your choice - Unlimited revisions WHAT'S INCLUDED: PRINTED ORDERS - 5" x 7" cards printed on 120# matte white cardstock - White envelopes - Unlimited revisions CUSTOMIZATION It's important to me that my customers get their invitations exactly as they want them. To make the customization process easy, I've created a Design Lab where you can view the available font, color & pattern options. View the Design Lab here: www.replybydesignstudio.com/design-lab Keep in mind that the colors shown are just suggestions; if you don't see what you're looking for, you can send RGB/cmYK/HEX codes or a picture/color swatch to be matched. If you would like to customize the design beyond the above options, contact me to discuss. THE PROCESS 1. Select your favorite RBD invitation & add it to your cart 2. Proceed to checkout & follow Etsy's checkout procedure 3. At checkout, include in the "Personalization" section: Wording exactly as you would like it to appear Any design changes - colors, fonts, patterns, etc. File type for digital orders (JPEG, PDF, set up to print 2/page, etc.) If your invitation includes a photo, please e-mail it to replybydesign@gmail.com If all information does not fit in the personalization field, please include the rest in the "Notes to Seller" section. 4. You will receive proofs within 1 business day. Proofs will be sent via Etsy messaging unless otherwise requested. 5. You will review the proofs, provide feedback, & I will make all edits until you are 100% satisfied with your invitation. (Please note: Depending on current order load, it may take up to 1 BUSINESS day to send each set of new proofs. Excessive edits will add time to the overall production time.) 6. Once you approve the proofs, your invitation will be sent in the high resolution file format of your choice within 1 business day (for digital file orders). For printed orders, your invitations will be printed, shipped & delivered to you within 7-10 business days. THE FINE PRINT While generally very close, colors may appear differently from screen-to-screen & screen-to-print. Refunds on digital file orders will only be granted if you have not received a proof yet. Once proofs have been sent, no refunds will be given.
