This Hong Kong Coin Ring (British Colony) is derived from an authentic 1976-1979 (Dates Vary/Same Design/Coin) 5 Dollar Coin. This coin ring is a great statement piece to show your love & appreciation for Hong Kong! The inside of the ring has the inscription of "Queen Elizabeth the Second" & on the outside of the ring it states "Five Dollars Hong Kong." The effort I place in the ring is made to protect & transfer the details from the coin to the ring. I have personally achieved the coin ring using hand made methods which includes holing the coin, pressing the coin to achieve a cone shape. Then using a Swedish wrap in order to ensure a parallel line amongst the ring to avoid a cone shape ring. The coin ring is sanded & then polished to give a beautiful natural fit for its intended user. Please note that the material used in this coin ring is made of the original material used in the coin (Copper-Nickel). This ring is prepared & sealed with Protecta Clear to prevent any skin allergy or marks on skin. The coin is highly polished & will remain so during its duration if taken care of.
