All badges are printed single-sided & WITH a hole punch unless specifically requested otherwise. They are printed on 30mil PVC plastic cards. ➼ How to order After selecting your options & placing your order, please provide your file to us via Etsy convo. A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours after purchase. YOU WILL GET A MAX OF 2 REVISIONS WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST. After you finalize your proof, your badge will be printed & mailed to you. -CUSTOMIZATION UPGRADES - If you purchase one of the customization upgrades, please specify the details in the personalization box or via Etsy message. Minor modifications include moving elements & resizing certain objects. Anything beyond that may require an additional fee. If you would like further customization, please reach out prior to purchasing. Any order with a customization request that did not pay for the additional fee will be cancelled & fully refunded. We will direct you to reorder with the proper selections. We send a digital proof within 24 hours (business days) for you to review. Once you approve, we typically print & ship the next business day. Orders are sent through USPS & typically arrive within 2-4 days. Most orders arrive on time, but we do not guarantee shipment time frames or deadlines as orders can occasionally be delayed by the carrier. We provide an amazing product, but unfortunately we cannot control the postal system. :) Q. What are the dimensions? A. They are 3.38 inches x 2.13 inches. They are the standard ID badge size. Q. Can I see a proof before I purchase? A. No, we do not send proofs until you purchase. We will send your proof within 24 hours, & it will look just like the listing, but with your supplied information. Q. Can I upgrade shipping? A. Yes, but please contact us first. Since each order is personalized, it's hard to meet shipping requirements if info is missing or if we are waiting for your proof to be approved by you. Q. Do you offer a discount for large orders? A. We do not offer discounts unless your order is over 100 cards.
