Crafted from laser-cut 1/8" steel & finished with a sleek black wrinkle texture, this C-channel not only offers exceptional strength but also delivers a professional finish to your build. - Prevents wood warping: Perfect for providing structural integrity in wood slabs, preventing movement over time. -Slotted hardware holes: The center slots allow for natural wood movement while ensuring stability. - Premium build: Made from laser-cut 1/8" steel, sandblasted, & powder-coated for a durable & attractive black wrinkle texture. Installation Methods: 1. Flush Inlay: Inlay the channel so it sits flush with the wood for a seamless finish. 2. Raised Channel: Inlay the legs while leaving the channel raised above the surface for additional design flexibility. Specifications: - Leg length: 3/4" - Overall thickness: 7/8" (including leg & channel) - Width: 2.5" - Slot size: 0.3" wide x 1" long - Recommended for: 1.5"-2.5"+ thick projects To ensure the best fit, choose a C-Channel length that leaves 3-4" from each end of your wood slab. For example, a 48" slab would need a 40" channel. Compatibility: This channel is designed for M6 RAMPA screws & inserts (RAMPA PACK 2), which we highly recommend for secure installation.
