The large Battle Monument commemorates the Battle of Bennington fought on August 16, 1777. The base color of the pennant is a heathered purple & the text is white ink. Overall good condition. Small manufacturer mark indicating NYP Co. for New York Pennant Company. The felt is still soft & flexible. Measures 27 1/4 inches long by 10 1/4 inches high at the widest end.
