This is a bank/Safe that I made out of Oak & New Zealand Pine wood & a 60 year old CIRCA 1963 Grecian locking Post Office box door. A great conversation piece. Let one of these beautiful antiques add a touch of quiet elegance to your mantel or shelf or make a charismatic gift. The door is silver plated bronze. Chrome plated items were popular in the 60's. The door has been restored by me. The combination is included. The Oak & New Zealand pine wood case is finished with environmentally friendly clear satin finish & has felt pads on the bottom to protect your furniture & is signed. The coin slot on the top has a solid brass plate on it. I have been making these banks for many years & it is still fun to see an old postal door restored & made into an heirloom to be passed on to future generations.
