Our wood name signs are a great way to help guests find their spot at the reception. It's also a great take-home gift after the event. Note that a Name ("word") is a maximum of 12 letters. Beyond that will count as 2 words & may need to be stacked in order to minimize risk of breakage. Please message us with any questions. PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING in REGARDS TO SHIPPING Important Information about Shipping & Delivery The standard included ("Free") Etsy shipping is for delivery 2-6 days AFTER your order has been created, processed, painted, & packed for shipping. The further away you are from Chattanooga TN the longer it will take for your order to be delivered. Over 80% of our orders are ready to ship in just a couple of business days & then we turn it over to U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. IF you are ordering within 10 days of your event, you MUST select & pay for at least Priority shipping. We do not control the shipping services (US Mail, UPS, FedEx). Our creation time is very fast in just days. Many other artist shops do not ship for 2 to 3 WEEKS. We cannot process orders sooner than 5 business days of your event without both a Fast Track processing fee & Express Shipping. If you place an order & ask for us to RUSH it without paying both the $45 Fast Track Processing fee & the Express Shipping, we reserve the right to decline the order. See our shop for the listing to purchase our Fast Track service. The Fast Track pays for the artist to work overtime to get your order created. CAREFULLY PROOF YOUR LIST of names BEFORE placing your order. We DO NOT accept changes to an order after it is placed other than a full cancellation & refund. If you need to add names to an order, you must place another order. This is done so that there are full & correct records in Etsy for what we are to create for you. Our process is that we begin creating your name cards very soon after the order arrives. Sometimes in just a few minutes one of our artists begins working on your order. We do this in order to maintain our quick turnaround & low price. Exceptions: For orders over 150 names where prior arrangements have been made for scheduling additional groups (this is usually for our wedding planner customers).
