Orders ship out in the same order that they come in, & unfortunately, I cannot accommodate any expedited shipping times, as much as I wish I could do that for you, it's just not possible during the busy season. I am very sorry if that causes any inconvenience for gift giving! I UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS but, I will surely try my best with each & every order! Some items WILL arrive after the holidays, depending on how close your order is placed to Christmas (again, keep an eye on those shipping estimates), & can vary based on the United States Postal Service's shipping/delivery times. Refund/Return Policy: A refund or cancellation of an order will not be given to orders with estimated shipping dates showing the arrival of after the holidays & that are shipped within the stated timeframe. Items will ship out in the order that they are placed. Orders may be returned if they are damaged in shipping only. There is a 2-day (48 hours) window after an order is placed that a cancellation will be accepted, any time after that your order will be in production & will not be eligible for a cancellation/refund at that time.
