They are extremely soft & thick, creating the perfect material to embroider on. The tutu is made from several yards of tulle fabric giving it a beautiful & full look. The tutu is then finished off with a soft satin ribbon giving this tutu the ultimate look. Don't forget to pair this outfit with the matching bow! Sizing charts are in the pictures!
