It is slightly pleated at the collar before falling into a lovely bow tie. Kate Middleton also wore a red wool version It can be made in other colours. The bottom of the skirt can also be made as a swing skirt/ A line skirt. (Can be made in a dress fabric for everyday wear or a melton wool fabric for Fall/Winter) Handmade on order request.
