They will fit a woman size X-Large up to a size 2X The measurements below are with the leggings laying flat & unstretched Waist - 32" Total Circumference Outer Length - 30" Inseam - 19 1/2" Rise - 10 1/2" The material is a blend of 92% polyester & 8% spandex I embellish only very nice quality leggings They are very comfortable, buttery soft, wide waistband & stretchy Easy care. Turn leggings inside out, machine or hand wash, gentle cycle, cold water, mild detergent, hang to dry. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
