If your name is a full name & over 10 letters, I will have to make it 2-3 lines (2 lines for first + last names; 3 lines for first+middle+last names). The puzzle is made of lightweight linden wood board & letters are laser cut with every corner carefully rounded. Each puzzle set is 3/8 inch thick in total.Regular puzzle width is 3.35 inches & length varies, depending on the quantity of letters.
