Each puzzle set is 3/8 inch thick in total. Regular puzzle width is 3.35 inches & length varies, depending on the quantity of letters. Letters are 1/5 inch thick & are raised an 1/8 inch above the front of the puzzle so it's easy for a kid to play with. Pegs on the letters are optional. HOW TO ORDER You will be required to type you requests in the personalization box when you checkout. Please write the name you need & the color number you need for each letter. For example: JENNY (J in #8, E in #6, N in #11, N in #15, Y in #22). If you order the style with animals, please choose 2 animals from the 9th image & let me know the numbers. If you order the style with cartoon baby, please send me a photo of your kid & choose one cartoon body from the 8th image of this listing.
