These are unused stamps & in very good condition; but they are postage lots - to be used for mailing or crafts They are sold as it, & not intended as collectibles. Why pay more elsewhere? Our stamps are shipped anywhere in the US for FREE. From 1998 - 2000, the US Postal Service released a 10 sheet series called "Celebrate the Century. This was a limited-edition set of commemorative stamps highlighting the most significant people, events, & accomplishments of the 20th century. A page was created for each decade, with the final sheet, the 1990's, issued on January 12, 2000. This 32c stamp features the Model T Ford. Also known as the Tin Lizzie, it was the first automobile to be mass-produced on an assembly line. A bit more history: The United States Post Office issued its first stamp on July 1, 1847. Since that time, over 5000 stamps have been released. Each stamp is given its own identification number called a Scott Number. These stamps have been designated as Scott Number 3182a.
