All decals are made to order. For this reason, handling time is 2 business days on all orders. Sometimes we're busy & handling requires extra time. This is rare. Your patience is appreciated. Regardless of what the "Estimated on or before" date says above, free shipping is 5-10 business days from the day you order & does not include tracking. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us & give us the chance to make it right instead of going straight to negative feedback or opening a case against us. Rest assured, we want our customers happy. If your item arrives & there is damage that requires a refund or replacement, please be prepared to send at least one picture that clearly shows the damage. Decals being damaged in transit is rare but happens occasionally & we are glad to take care of our customers by sending out a replacement. However, we must be able to clearly see the damage. Please understand that bent decals are not damaged. When properly installed, crease lines will disappear.
