George Vi United Kingdom Two Shillings Florin Coin Rings Scottish Thistle, Tudor Rose & Irish Shamrock - U.s. Shipping Included

There are two versions listed in the description below but the differences are in the lettering & are so minor that I thought I would lump these types both together. A crowned Tudor rose was flanked by a thistle on one side & a shamrock on the other with the legend above, both the denomination & date are below. ->Note: The rose & parts of both the shamrock & thistle are lost due to the center being punched out of the coin. My listing for the Elizabeth II Two Shilling rings are from coins that are dated later & they better show the shamrock & thistles because they are positioned outside the punched area. These Great Britain Florins have a nice silver color but those dated from 1947 & on are made out of copper & nickel so this ring will be sealed before it ships unless you ask me not to. These rings are made from copper/nickel coins & so to be safe a super long lasting high gloss powder coating is applied before the ring is sent out. -WHAT IS POWDER COATING YOU MAY ASK?- Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent. Powder coating in this case is applied electrostatically & then cured in an oven with heat. The powder is a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. -HOW LONG DOES POWER COATING LAST?- The product information claims that powder coating can maintain its finish up to 15-20 years, depending on pre-treatment & the type of powder. Its resistance to weather, corrosion, & chemicals makes powder coating a more durable finish than any paint or other liquid coatings could possibly hope to be. NOTE: They use this stuff on colored car wheels so it has to be tough stuff although the jury is still out for the lifespan on a ring. My first test was on a clad quarter & it is still going strong though even after months of continuous wear. However one should note that there is not a product on earth that won't eventually wear off of a ring. NOTE: The Clear Coat is baked to cure but can break down with alcohol based hand sanitizers. Per your chosen requests at checkout dates may be chosen & the ring will be sized from an 6 to a size 11. The approximate width of this band is 7 3/4 mm wide. 2 Shillings - George VI - STYLE FOR 1947 TO 1948 Country: United Kingdom Years: 1947-1948 Value: 2 Shillings Metal: Copper-nickel Weight: 11.30 g Diameter: 28.5 mm Thickness: 2.5 mm Obverse: Portrait of King George VI facing left Lettering: GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REx HP Reverse: Crowned Tudor rose flanked by thistle & shamrock, legend above, denomination & date below Lettering: :FID:DEF: :IND:IMP: G R K G TWO SHILLINGS 19xx Edge: Reeded 2 Shillings - George VI - STYLE FOR 1949 TO 1951 Country United Kingdom Years: 1949-1951 Value: 2 Shillings Metal: Copper-nickel Weight: 11.3 g Diameter: 28.5 mm Thickness: 2.25 mm Obverse: Bare head portrait of King George VI facing left Lettering: GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REx HP Translation: George the Sixth by the Grace of
