Vintage 1960's Atco USA "Reading Glass" magnifier, metal frame unknown power but it's pretty strong. magnifying glass. The brass frame has been stripped of paint which is how they came, the glass is good with no chips & a few scratches that don't really affect its use. The handle is fluted hard plastic.
