Salt of the Art is Open BUT the USPS is still experiencing delays & are backed up. I can only guarantee when a item will be shipped not when it'll arrive. Please note orders can take up to 3 weeks (maybe 4!) to arrive until the USPS catches up. All my product is made of plastic except for the components (like the magnets, earring posts, reels, & pin backs) This is a handmade product, I always keep the fronts looking nice, free from blemishes, scratches etc. but the backs may have resin drips, smudges, different colors & imperfections with how my product is used the backs are not generally seen. Please make sure your address is correct before placing order. Once I print out a label I cannot change the address & I am usually pretty speedy about shipping. Once item label is printed I cannot change address & definently once item is shipped I cannot change the package course. Auto Fill is a dangerous thing when buying off the internet haha... I am unable to make any customs or new animal requests... Customs also include color changes, facial changes, turning magnets into badge reels, badge reels into magnets, magnets into pins etc.....Basically I can only offer what I have on my site as is. Also please note any free time I have (it's so busy =D) will be dedicated to fulfilling orders, making product so I may not beable to respond to custom/animal requests if you message me if I have a high workload that day.
