Measurements when flat & unstretched: 8" around & 14 inches tall but has lots of stretch due to the knitted style. These are made from recycled sweaters. I have machine washed & dried them to be sure they are easy care as well. This makes a wonderful gift for all ages! Many more colors, & styles available in my shop!
