Description

This is something really amazing! It's a typed letter signed by American author & disability rights advocate Helen Keller. The letter is on Keller's personal stationary & is dated September 2, 1955. It is a fundraising letter for the American Foundation for the Blind & was sent to Herbert Loth of Chicago, Illinois. The letter also comes with the envelope, which is also Helen Keller's personal stationary. The letter is signed at the bottom in pencil in Helen Keller's very distinctive signature. This is a very scarce signature to find, & this is an excellent example. The letter is on very light blue stationary with Helen Keller & her address in the letterhead. The envelope has the address of Helen Keller on the back flap as well. The letter is in good condition with a small brown stain in the center. This stain is also present on the envelope in the bottom corner. The signature is in pencil & is slightly faint but looks really good. This piece does not come with a COA. Free domestic shipping.
