Vintage 4.25" tall Bob Dylan laminated backstage pass from the "1997" tour. The stars on this pass are printed in laser foil. This version is rare as it has the full OTTO markings on the back. Almost all others that have been found are unmarked. This tour included Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, & Joni Mitchell.
