This collar bow is made with printed cotton fabric lined with interfacing to make it sturdy & maintain it's structure. Bow attaches to collar with a hook & loop fastening strap that is both sewn & hot glued to the back of the bow for extra security. The strap is adjustable & will fit up to a one inch collar.
