Suggestion: When you receive the plants, use dry & breathable soil, put them in a cool & ventilated place for 3-5 days. & then water them by soaking from the bottom of the pot, they will start to plump up. Gradually increase sunlight, they require much more sun & less water for ideal growing conditions. DO NOT OVERWATER, allow soil to dry completely between watering (~once per week).
