Vintage Glass Carter's Electro-Polarized Black India Ink, Original Black & White Label, Bakelite Cap & Attached Spoon, Marked Hazel Atlas This vintage glass ink bottle once held black architect & artist's ink. It was made by Hazel Atlas glass. I've never seen a bottle with a scoop/spoon attached to the top. The Art Deco label design is very nice, & gives it a great look creating a "mood" in a vignette. 3" tall Ink 358, 3/4 fl oz size Please see all photos, as they are considered part of the description.
