This is a stunning glitter pen, handmade by yours truly with high-quality polyester glitter & sealed to perfection with FDA compliant resin for a gorgeous, glass like finish. Due to handmade designs each pen are sisters, not twins! These are Paper Mate Inkjoy brand. They are gel pen that dries 3x faster than any normal gel pen with no smudges.
