Shipping These wreaths are shipped in a 24x24x6 inch box & should require a minimum amount of fluffing. This Fall Wreath would be a great way to welcome guests into your home!! This wreath is made on a sturdy wire frame, using deco mesh & coordinating ribbons. All ribbon is wired & can easily be reshaped as needed. An automatic e-mail will be sent when the label is printed giving you the tracking number. Orders ship USPS Priority Mail or can be upgraded to FedEx ground. Make sure your address is correct! When you purchase more than one item on one order, shipping costs are automatically combined. Please be sure to order all the items you want on one order, as I cannot go in a combine shipping after the order is placed. If you would like to add to your existing order, it will charge you the shipping cost again. You can message me, & i can refund the shipping difference when I print your shipping label. IS MY PACKAGED INSURED? USPS Priority Mail & FedEx shipments do include insurance. I am not responsible for loss or damage caused by the post office. Shipments are insured through the post office on priority mail & through fedex on their shipments. The post office or fedex is responsible for any loss or damage. You can go online & fill out a claim for to recover the cost. Refunds & Exchanges We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem, please contact us. RETURNING ITEMS: I accept returns if I am notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the purchase & it is postmarked within 3 days of notification. Item must be returned in the same condition & manner in which it was shipped. You are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. Once I have received & inspected the item, I will refund the purchase amount. Outbound shipping cost is not refunded. CANCELLATIONS: I accept cancellations anytime until i have printed the shipping label on all stock items. Cancellations on custom made items are not accepted once I begin making your order.
