This "WE DON'T DIAL 911" doormat is handmade. Here at (ReallyChillDesigns) we use a rubber based paint that is used to help withstand weather elements & shoe traffic. Please keep them out of direct sunlight or rain to help preserve the life of your new doormat! To clean, simply shake or sweep away any debris. I am unable to accept returns on any doormats at this time. However, if you are unhappy with your doormat reach out to us immediately no more then 24 hours after it has been delivered.
