Heating Process/Instructions If using a convection oven, general instructions are: 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit 6 minutes Turn half way at 3 minute mark If using a mug/cup press, general instructions are: 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit 4 minutes Flat rate shipping on all transfers.
