It was planned to mark the 150th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence & the 50th anniversary of the 1876 Centennial Exposition. Five Mint unused postage stamp with original gum as issued by the Post Office. These stamps are genuine & valid to use as postage for current mailing.
