Vinyl designs are black or white. The design color would be chosen for you depending on the color shirt you chose. For example: Black text/design will be printed on Light color shirts White text/design will be printed on Dark color shirts DTF designs are NOT able to be altered. They are printed as illustrated. These designs are multi color & not black & white. Please make sure that you verify the selection of your choice regarding size & type of garment. If a listing illustrates the design on a sweater, it does NOT mean that you are ordering a sweater. Same concept applies to a listing with a T-shirt. YOU choose the type of garment you would like to order. It Is NOT chosen for you. Please note that any additional text on an order is subjected to an upgrade of 5 dollars per shirt. The upgrade is located on the upgrades tab of our Etsy shop. It is NOT automatically included. Placing an order with the incorrect information such as address may delay your order. Placing an order without the upgrade of the added text will delay your order. in addition, any changes to your order such as size, color, design will delay your order as there are price differences in garment size. HOW TO ORDER Select the garment SIZE & garment COLOR Select the quantity Click Add to Cart For multiple items go back to the listing & repeat the steps WASH/CARE INSTRUCTIONS ↠ Wash before use. ↠ Inside out, wash with delicate cycle. ↠ Wash with cold water. ↠ Do not bleach. ↠ Do not iron directly onto the design. ↠ Do not dry clean. Processing Times First class shipping is between 1-6 business days. Priority shipping is between 2-3 business days. Priority Express is between 1-2 business. NOTE: Orders will be processed & shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If a holiday falls within the weekday, we will try our best to process & ship orders out before the holiday; however, it is not guaranteed. If wanting a rush order to be processed it is an upgrade to the order (The upgrade is found in the upgrades tab in the main Etsy shop page).The rush order processing fee does NOT mean your order will be processed with priority mail/ express shipping. Rush order processing fee is for your order to be shipped same day item is placed. RETURN & CANCELLATIONS We cannot accept return & exchanges, because all items are made to order. However, we will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. Such as sending incorrect color , size etc. We do accept cancellations within 1 hour after your purchase. Please note, that we will ship the items to the address you provided in your order. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us prior to order.
