Graduating is a big accomplishment - celebrate it with a beautiful ornament! All ornaments are made by hand in my studio, ensuring great quality & customer service. CHOOSE YOUR MATERIAL: Aluminum or Ceramic Aluminum ornaments measure 2.75" round & .025" thick. They are made of durable material that will not chip, scratch or break over time. Ceramic ornaments measure approximately 3" round. Please note that due to the fact that ceramic ornaments never lay completely flat on the press, there will be a slight halo effect. See above images for details. All ornaments include a white satin ribbon. HOW TO ORDER 1. Place this listing in your cart, leaving your order details in the "personalization" field. NOTE: The colors shown can be changed to your school's colors. Please leave the colors in your personalization details as well. 2. Follow Etsy's checkout procedure 3. Send your photo (if applicable) to replybydesign@gmail.com. Please include your name and/or order number in the subject of the e-mail. 4. Proofs will be sent via Etsy messages in 1-2 business days. Please review & approve your proofs ASAP to ensure your order ships as scheduled. SELECTING & SENDING YOUR PHOTO The best photos for ornaments are ones that have significant blank space around the person/people. This gives me room to properly crop the photo to the shape. Photos that are closely cropped risk having important parts cut off. View the listing images for examples of good & bad photos. If your photo was taken on a phone, it's best to send directly from the phone that it was taken from. E-mail the original, unedited version to replybydesign@gmail.com. When sending, it should prompt you to compress the file. Select "Actual Size" to send in the highest resolution. SHIPPING Shipping options will be available at check out. Shipping time is in addition to the processing time needed to design & make your ornament. Please note that shipping carriers are NOT guaranteeing delivery dates at the moment. As such, all dates given are estimates & not guarantees! Ornaments will ship to the "Ship To" address listed on your invoice. Please make sure this address is correct before placing your order as it cannot be changed afterwards. THE FINE PRINT While generally very close, colors may appear differently from screen-to-screen & screen-to-print. These ornaments are created using heat dye sublimation. This process ensures that the ornaments will not fade over time. The completed ornament may vary a bit from the digital rendering. Refunds are not offered on personalized items.
